Once a space that housed the iconic Brooks Brothers brand converted into an exclusive multi-functional private members club. This full gut renovation called for extensive structural and mechanical work along with an intricate high-end design. This project extended 2 floors with each inch being considered starting with the 4th floor. A custom trowelled applied concrete finished apron with an arobascato bar top and back sits in the center of the room that leads into both an entertainment lounge and a wine tasting room where custom oak lockers finished in black lacquer and gold fencing are provided for members. The 5th floor opens into a room with custom metal doors and an electronically operable custom sky light. An antique concrete floor leads through the venue. Antique masonry along with custom millwork with lacquered polyester finish, soundproof phone booths with crackled glass and custom light fixtures bring each room together with wall-to-wall carpets in the dining and lounge in this once open vacant space. Not to go unnoticed, each bathroom is home to a custom solid granite sink with gold leaf inlay flooring and gold wallpaper. Behind a curtain a small Omakase room lives with a custom Shou-Sugi Ban wood bar sealed in epoxy with custom furnishing and carpeting. And not to be outdone, this venue completed a fully landscaped and furnished roof.
