A complete gut renovation with a combination of three different addresses, housing retail and corporate offices, converted into a food hall with twenty-six kiosks individually designed per vendor.  This space required a full wood joist replacement with cold form steel, with a cast in place polished concrete floor.  We installed a custom steel and glass bi-fold arch façade and restored the exterior brick.  Inside all of the original wood columns were restored and 10,000 square feet of  a sheetrock drop ceiling was installed to accommodate 1,500 linear feet of continuous custom linear lighting the ceiling pathway.  And each kiosk being an individual build of its own such as Bein Cuit, Chuko, Corner Bistro, JaJaJa andThe Lobster Place.
