We are seeking an experienced assistant project manager. This position is an essential support to the execution of all projects, assisting the project manager through the planning and coordination of all construction activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Coordinate Schedules With Vendors And Subcontractors Required To Meet Client Deadlines

Ensure All Proper Paperwork Is Processed Prior To Work Commencement

Deliver Timely Progress Reports To Project Managers

Provide Administrative Support Regarding Submittals, RFI's And Change Orders

Maintain All Real-Time Databases Including But Not Limited To Subcontractor Agreements And All Logs Pertaining To Submittals, Change Orders And RFI's

Create Punch List And Assist In Close Out And Close Out Documentation

Take Project Meeting Minutes

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

2+ Years In A Fast-Paced, High Volume Administrative Field

Must Be Able To Process A High Volume Of Data

Must Have The Ability To Prioritize, Organize And Manage Multiple Projects

Work Well With A Team

 

REQUIRED COMPUTER SYSTEMS
